Ingredients:
Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) France
Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) China
Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis) India
Peppermint (Mentha piperita) India
Cedarwood Virginian (Juniperus virginiana) USA
Directions:
For Diffuser: 6-8 drops in your diffuser. Adjust the amount depending on the size of your diffuser.
For Bath: 6-8 drops in your bath. For sensitive skin, dilute by mixing essential oil into 1 teaspoon of carrier oil.
For Massage: 3 drops in 1 teaspoon of massage (carrier) oil.
For Pulse points: 1 drop for palm/pulse points. (Avoid touching your face, especially your eyes.)
