Ingredients:

  • Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) France

  • Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) China

  • Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis) India

  • Peppermint (Mentha piperita) India

  • Cedarwood Virginian (Juniperus virginiana) USA

Directions:

  • For Diffuser: 6-8 drops in your diffuser. Adjust the amount depending on the size of your diffuser.

  • For Bath: 6-8 drops in your bath. For sensitive skin, dilute by mixing essential oil into 1 teaspoon of carrier oil.

  • For Massage: 3 drops in 1 teaspoon of massage (carrier) oil.

  • For Pulse points: 1 drop for palm/pulse points. (Avoid touching your face, especially your eyes.)
